What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If that's not the case then we have a refund policy of 5 days. You will have 5 days to contact us from when you received your order to let us know you'd like a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your items must be in the same condition in which they were sent, be unworn/unused, and be in the original packaging. You will also need a proof of purchase or order confirmation email
To let us know you'd like to start a return, please go to customer care in the bottom of the website and fill out our contact form page with detailed information along with the order number and once your return request is accepted, it can be sent back. Customers are responsible for return shipping labels. Please do not send us a return without first contacting us as it will not be accepted.
Items not eligible for a refund include all apparel (as these are made to order), personalized items, gift cards, mystery boxes and sale items.
At the moment we are unable to offer exchanges on any orders.
Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your refund has been completed and it will go back on your original payment method.
I entered the wrong address. Can it be changed?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can update it for you. If it has already been shipped, you may need to contact the courier to request a redirection.
Why is my order taking so long?
While we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, please understand that all the scrunchies are handmade and therefore it may take longer than expected and also that delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as postal service delays or high order volume. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed if there are any unexpected delays with your order.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
What do I do if my package was marked as delivered but I can't find it?
Courier providers can sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely, so what we recommend doing is:
1) Check around your house, near the mailbox, on the porch etc.
2) Ask other members of your household if maybe they brought it in
3) Check with neighbors, talk with your mailman to see where he left it
4) Most importantly, I highly recommend either going to or calling the courier service and providing them with the tracking number and letting them know it says delivered but you are unable to find it. Their system has GPS coordinates in which they should be able to locate where they marked it as delivered.
Where are your products manufactured?
We make things that work better and last longer. Our products solve real problems with clean design and honest materials.
Our scrunchies are handmade in New York. We carefully select our fabric from our local venders to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is usually free, however for any reason if it is not then it will be calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Can I apply a discount code after placing my order?
No, unfortunately discount codes must be entered at checkout and they cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed. If you are experiencing a technical issue while trying to apply a discount code, please reach out to us before placing your order and we would be more than happy to help!
Can I combine shipping if I place multiple orders?
Due to the volume of orders we receive, we are not able to combine multiple orders after they have been placed. Each order is processed separately to ensure it will ship as quickly as possible.
Can I buy whole sale for a less price for Wedding favors / Birthday favors / Bridal shower favors?
Yes you can, all you have to do is reach out in advance as earlier as possible with the budget in mind, and we will take it from there.
